Kingspan Suelo Tecnico in Madrid is seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for Data Centre construction projects. This role analyzes project documents, evaluates labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs to support bidding and delivery.

You will collaborate with the Sales Director, Quantity Surveyor, and Senior Project Manager to develop tender reports and clear offers, while ensuring compliance and timely quotations across Iberia.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management or related.
• Experience estimating in Construction/MEP/Critical Facility or Data Centre sectors.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, MS Project; SAP/Salesforce essential.
• Able to work independently and in a team; strong time management; travel within Iberia.

Responsabilidades

• Reading enquiry documentation to determine project requirements.
• Determining quantities from drawings or bills of quantities.
• Calculating material and labour costs from price lists.
• Obtaining prices from subcontractors for non-standard elements.
• Producing an estimate with tender report, specification, and relevant information.
