Turner & Townsend Plc. is seeking an experienced MEP Estimator in Madrid to support cost estimation for various construction projects. The role requires collaboration with Project Management and technical teams, and involves preparing MEP cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have a relevant engineering degree and experience in MEP estimating, with strong communication skills in Spanish and English. This position represents a significant opportunity for growth within a dynamic consultancy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Previous experience in MEP estimating.
• Strong understanding of construction costs and estimating methodologies.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates and cost plans.
• Analyse mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Support tendering activities and bid evaluations.
• Review contractor and supplier quotations.
• Maintain estimating databases and pricing information.
• Identify project risks and assumptions.
