Malt is seeking a proactive Community Builder for Spain, to drive platform adoption and loyalty among local freelancers. You will connect with key members, design Spain-specific events and content, and bridge global programs with local execution.

You will collaborate with Sales to ensure community efforts translate into tangible business value while working in a hybrid Madrid-based setup with Paris onboarding and a strong emphasis on ROI and professional relations with freelancers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• 3+ years of experience in Community Management, Event Management, or CRM.
• Strong ROI focus and business alignment for community initiatives.
• Project management expertise from planning large events to executing communications plans.
• Ownership and proactive mindset with autonomy over your perimeter.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale local freelance ecosystems, identifying and highlighting strategic members to build a network of brand advocates.
• Design and execute a bespoke Spain-focused strategy with high-value content and events.
• Coordinate with global teams to adapt programs to local needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure community activities drive local business impact.
