Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Community Manager for the Spanish market to build and scale local freelance ecosystems, spotlight strategic members, and drive ROI through events and content. You will bridge global programs with local execution, design bespoke strategies, and collaborate with sales to fuel business growth.

Requirements include a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, 3+ years in community or event management, and native Spanish with professional English.

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications with 3+ years in Community Management, Event Management, or CRM.
• Growth mindset with ROI-focused initiatives.
• End-to-end project management from events to communications.
• Autonomy and proactive proposition to innovate.
• Strong relationships with freelancers as dedicated partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Native Spanish and professional English; French a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale local freelance ecosystems, spotting and nurturing strategic members (AI, SAP, Cybersecurity).
• Design and execute a bespoke Spain-focused strategy with high-value content and must-attend events.
• Bridge global vision with local execution for AI, Ambassadors, and referral programs.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure community engagement fuels local business results.
