Jobgether is seeking a QA Engineer based in Spain to establish and shape the quality engineering function for a rapidly growing SaaS product. As the first dedicated QA Engineer, you will own the testing strategy and build automated quality practices from the ground up, covering functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.

You will work closely with engineering and product teams to identify risks early, deliver reliable features, and gradually build a scalable QA capability, including

• 3+ years of professional experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience designing and maintaining automated tests for modern web applications.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, APIs, JSON, browser dev tools).

Responsabilidades

• Own the QA function as the first dedicated Quality Engineer, establishing testing strategies and best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end test suites for UI, workflows, and APIs.
• Build functional and regression testing coverage to ensure product stability with new releases.
• Develop automation scripts that handle dynamic, asynchronous web elements and integrate with CI.
• Mentor future QA hires and help grow the QA function as the organization scales.
