Maisa AI is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive adoption and value realization for enterprise customers deploying our agentic AI platform. You will own the full deployment lifecycle from discovery through implementation to broad organizational adoption.

The role is remote-friendly within Spain, with up to 25% travel to customer sites and Maisa offices. You will coordinate onboarding, define success metrics, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure measurable

Formación

• Experience managing enterprise technology implementations at scale.
• Ability to onboard, train, and drive change across large organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide platform rollouts across multiple customer departments.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including technical setup and knowledge transfer.
• Establish and track KPIs and success metrics for deployment phases.
