The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in avionics design, strong skills in embedded systems, and a degree in Engineering. About this role

We're seeking a Senior Avionics Engineer to lead the design, development and testing of avionics systems for our spacecraft. You'll be responsible for creating the architecture and developing the flight electronics, working closely with other engineering teams.

Key responsibilities :

• Design and develop avionics systems from architecture to hardware and embedded software
• Lead prototyping and testing of flight units (onboard computers, comms, GNC, payload control)
• Select and integrate components, ensuring system reliability and performance
• Develop electronics for signal processing, power, interfaces, and control systems
• Lead subsystem integration and avionics testing within the spacecraft
• Contribute to proposals, technical strategies, and system-level planning
• Guide and mentor the avionics team

Requirements

We're looking for a professional with good avionics experience, ready to step up to a technical leadership position. Key skills and qualifications include :

Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Aerospace, Industrial, Telecom, or similar)

Ideal 5+ years of hands-on experience in avionics design and development

Strong skills in embedded systems, prototyping, and hardware / software integration

Experience with avionics system architecture and spacecraft data-handling

Comfortable with testing, validation, and integration of complex systems

Fluent in English
