Qualifications

• Experience managing subcontractors within Ground and Navigation space projects.
• Knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.
• Experience supporting project managers in project execution and coordination activities.
• Ability to identify risks and define mitigation actions related to subcontractor management.
• Experience participating in bid and proposal activities.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage interactions and coordination with Ground and Navigation subcontractors across project activities.
• Support Project Managers in ensuring project objectives related to subcontractors are achieved.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation actions to address subcontractor-related issues and unforeseen events.
• Participate in bid and proposal activities, ensuring the adequate involvement of subcontractors.
• Follow, coordinate, and ensure compliance with corporate procurement and purchasing procedures.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and support project execution from a subcontract management perspective.
