Indra Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive opportunities in Space Security and Space Surveillance. You will identify national and international deals in SST/SSA/SDA/STM, coordinate proposals with multidisciplinary teams, and nurture relationships with space agencies and defense organizations.

The role requires 5–10 years in BD-related fields within space sectors, English at C1 level, and a track record of leading bid activities across complex programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Physics, or related field.
• 5–10 years in BD, opportunity capture, bid management, or PM in space/aerospace sectors.
• Knowledge of SST, SSA, SDA, STM, Space Security, ground segment systems, radar/optical sensors.
• Experience with institutional customers or space agencies.
• Proven ability coordinating bid teams and multi-disciplinary contributions.
• English proficiency at C1 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify, and capture national and international opportunities in SST, SSA, SDA, STM, and Space Security.
• Coordinate complex proposals with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional customers and space agencies.
• Support the definition and execution of BD strategies aligned with market needs and company objectives.
• Lead bid activities and coordinate stakeholders, including consortium partners.
