Indra Group in Spain seeks a seasoned SAFe System Coordination Lead to drive system integration at the program or solution level across multi-vendor environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAFe knowledge, strong leadership, and experience in telecom or space domains with hands-on use of Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps, and fluent English.

The role emphasizes coordinating complex architectures, managing dependencies, and delivering high-impact programs within a dynamic, global context.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of experience in large-scale IT or telecommunications projects.
• Proven experience in SAFe environments at Program or Solution level.
• Strong experience in system integration and coordinating complex architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams and subsystems.
• Experience in telecom domains such as Satellite Communication, Satellite Navigation, or Network Systems.
