SATLANTIS is seeking a Program Manager to lead space projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time, within scope and budget, aligned with strategy. The role bridges technical execution and business development, supporting proposals and bids for European and international clients with real Earth observation impact. You will manage bids, contracts, and the transition to project execution, driving measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Up to 5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with proposal and bid documents.
• Comfort with English and Spanish communication.
• Knowledge of European tendering processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project execution and bid preparation.
• Manage proposal and bid documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with customer requirements.
• Support contract negotiations and oversee the transition of proposals to project execution.
