SATLANTIS is seeking a proactive project and bid manager to lead space projects from planning to delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, engage clients and stakeholders, and ensure proposals and bids meet requirements and schedules.

You will also support contract negotiations and help transition proposals into executable projects, gaining international exposure across Europe and beyond.

Formación

• Up to 5 years of experience in project management.
• Strong foundations in managing timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate parallel activities across projects and bids.
• Structured and detail-oriented mindset for planning and tracking.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project execution and bid preparation.
• Manage proposal and bid documents for clarity, consistency, and customer compliance.
• Support contract negotiations and oversee transitions from proposals to projects.
