Airbus is seeking a motivated professional to join their Industrialization Team, focusing on improving manufacturing processes in the Space sector. The ideal candidate will oversee automation, support production initiatives, and demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Candidates should have a solid engineering background and hands-on experience in automation projects, alongside teamwork and leadership skills.

This is an external temporary opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic Industrialization Team within Operations focused on:
- Shaping the future through innovation of products, new technologies, and new ways of working,
- State-of-the-art product consolidation,

In the industrialization department, our mission is to ensure the availability of technical/digital means needed to execute manufacturing and testing processes for Space Electronic equipment with excellent performance.
Our work is based on trust, collaboration, cooperation, autonomy, accountability, and flexibility. Our activities support various Space business sectors, such as:
- Launchers
- Earth Exploration (Copernicus)
- Space Exploration (Artemis)
- Commercial Satellites (Telecommunications)

Education & Background requirements
Higher Education (Bachelor's or Master's) in Aeronautic, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading automation and machine programming projects in industrialization/improvement contexts (production and test systems, Lean, MES).
Digital mindset, including automation of tasks, scripting, and use of digital design tools and simulators.
Knowledge of electronic manufacturing and test processes is a plus.
Language skills required: English & Spanish.
