Open Cosmos is seeking a Bid Manager to join the CRO, coordinating complex proposals from go/no-go to submission and aligning technical and commercial elements with Mission Concept Engineers and Business Development. You will set up templates, manage documentation, and drive bid performance across teams.

You will track workloads, forecast opportunities, and contribute to bid strategy with internal and external partners. This role is based in Spain and requires legal right to work in the location.

Formación

• Experience coordinating complex bids or proposals.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities for multi-stakeholder environments.
• Understanding of procurement frameworks, preferably ESA/EU.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate full proposal process from go/no-go to submission and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead bid management with Mission Concept Engineers and BD teams across engineering, finance, and commercial.
• Liaise with external partners and suppliers for joint proposals and consortia.
• Support bid strategy, pricing structure, and win themes with relevant stakeholders.
