Una empresa de lujo está en busca de un Terapeuta de Spa altamente calificado para unirse a su equipo en Barcelona. Esta posición de tiempo completo requiere habilidades excepcionales en técnicas de masaje y tratamientos de spa, así como una fuerte capacidad de comunicación en inglés y español. El candidato ideal no solo ofrecerá experiencias de spa de alta calidad, sino que también será responsable de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y mantener un ambiente acogedor para los huéspedes. Formación

• Certificación en Terapia de Masaje o Estética de una institución acreditada.
• Experiencia previa como Terapeuta de Spa en un entorno similar es preferida.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar tratamientos de masaje y faciales de alta calidad.
• Conectar y comunicarse con los huéspedes para entender sus preferencias.
• Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas establecidos por el Gerente del Spa.

Description

We are looking for a 5* Spa Therapist to work full time in Barcelona. English and Spanish a MUST.
EU work permit required. If you don't have it, please don't apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Massage, Facial and Body treatments such as Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Anti-aging Facials, etc.
2. Deliver treatments and a whole spa experience to a high standard and ensure the guests’ needs are cared for. This means tailoring treatments where needed in accordance with Mayan Spas and Leading Hotels of the World protocols.
3. Connect and communicate with your guests. Get to know and understand them and record preferences and information as required.
4. Be knowledgeable of all treatments offered and aware of any promotions on offer at any given time.
5. Ensure that the handover is completed in the guest journey as per the outlined standard, follow up on treatment experience, expectations and satisfaction, and act on any discrepancies.
6. Responsible for achieving sales targets as set by the Spa Manager/Head Therapist.
7. Adhere to training as set down by the Spa Manager and Head Therapist.
8. Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as per Mayan Spa policy.
9. Be punctual and prepared in advance of treatments.
10. Cover reception as and when required.
11. Show courtesy to guests and other members of staff at all times.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

1. Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Esthetics, or related field from an accredited institution.
2. Previous experience working as a Spa Therapist in a similar environment preferred.
3. Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques, skincare treatments, and spa services.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
5. Strong attention to details.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
7. Knowledge of spa products and their benefits, as well as sales techniques.
