An established industry player in hospitality is seeking a Spa Attendant to enhance guest experiences. In this role, you will provide a warm welcome to guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the spa facilities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests, and ensuring a professional atmosphere. Provide guests with a general spa orientation upon arrival, including information about the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Offer amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows. Answer questions regarding general property information and amenities. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Regularly check the computer for updates and schedule changes throughout the day. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, spa/salon locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Properly dispose of trash and dirty linens. Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in the designated areas.
Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the manager. Complete safety training and certifications as required. Follow all company policies and procedures. Ensure a clean and professional appearance and protect company assets. Anticipate and address guests' service needs, expressing genuine appreciation. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Develop and maintain positive working relationships. Comply with quality assurance standards. Physically, reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
