Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a qualified Spa Therapist to deliver massage, facial, and body treatments with a focus on guest satisfaction. The role is an operational spa position with a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays, working within a luxury hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have professional aesthetics or massage training and a valid license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety across all treatment

Formación

• Professional training in aesthetics, massage, or body therapies.
• Valid license or certification in massage/aesthetic therapies in accordance with regulations.
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hotel environment is an asset.
• Strong skills in massage, facial, and body treatments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform massage, facial, and body treatments to established standards.
• Assess guest needs and contraindications prior to treatments.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness of rooms and equipment.
• Recommend retail products and home care routines to guests.
• Ensure timely completion of treatments and accurate guest records.
