Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and proactive G&D (Growth & Development) regional lead to grow and maintain our G&D portfolio, support pipeline development, and serve as the primary liaison between HQ and the region. This role involves managing materials, tools, and training initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead or support negotiations with RM, ACM, or CM based on agreement value, strategic importance, and complexity.
  • Coach and train sourcing team members, ensuring alignment with best practices in negotiations and commercial skills, and oversee the use of updated materials and tools.
  • Coordinate with HQ and regional teams to optimize deals, including Investment Committee, Product Garantias, and Competitiveness initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage risks, support teams in risk reduction, and ensure timely renewals to maximize opportunities.
