About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Receptionist to join our Spain Department.

The main duties and responsibilities include:

1. Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome upon their arrival at the spa.
2. Managing appointments, handling cancellations, and rescheduling spa services. Answering phone calls and inquiries.
3. Processing payments for spa services and handling cash and credit transactions.
4. Promoting and selling spa products, treatments, and special packages.
5. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail displays.
6. Coordinating with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations.
