Position Summary:
Provide guests with a general spa orientation upon arrival, including the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Offer amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows. Answer questions about property information and amenities. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Regularly check for schedule updates and changes. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Dispose of trash and linens properly. Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Restock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities as needed.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow company policies and ensure personal and uniform appearance are professional. Protect company assets. Anticipate and address guest service needs, expressing genuine appreciation. Communicate clearly and professionally. Develop positive relationships with colleagues. Meet quality assurance standards. Physically, the role involves reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; moving, lifting, or carrying objects up to 10 pounds; standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
