Formación

• Formación superior relacionada con la gestión educativa y bienestar.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar y gestionar todas las actividades de formación de estudiantes.
• Atraer y cerrar la incorporación de estudiantes a la Academia.

• Spas Protocols & Etiquette. The Academy is both on-site and online.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Spa Academy Manager will be responsible for supervising, managing, and directing all activities related to the training of students, ensuring that the quality standards of the programs are maintained, as well as guaranteeing the satisfaction of both students and the team. The role is key in the interaction with the different internal departments and, above all, attracting potential students (leads) and closing their incorporations to the Academy, always in line with the vision and mission of the company. This position reports directly to the CEO of Mayan Luxury Group, leaders in the Spa market.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1. Academic Training: Higher training related to educational management, spa, wellness or related areas. Experience in Sales and/or closing Leads is a plus. Training in team and project management will be valued.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the Educational sector or in the management of Wellness training centers. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, Spa Manager, or Trainers.
3. Skills:
   • Advanced level of English ESSENTIAL
   • Leadership and team management skills.
   • Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
