The selected person will collaborate in the creation and supervision of the restaurant's offering, as well as supervise other staff members, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality and meet the restaurant's standards. You will need to be willing to learn, it is necessary good presentation skills and important to enjoy interacting with the public. Benefits : - 3 consecutive days off per week. General Requirements : - Minimum of 2 year's experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and fine dining / gourmet restaurants. - Ambitious individual within the scope of their work. - Academic training in cooking and a deep understanding of pastry making is preferred. - Creative skills and attention to detail. - Communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. - English level B1 essential;
