Job Description

Position: P&P Senior Analyst

Overview: The role supports the Manager in delivering business insights through data analysis and reports, and in developing and executing sourcing strategies for specific initiatives. The analyst will work closely with sourcing teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables and project success.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide accurate reporting to track sourcing performance across management levels.
• Develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical sourcing decisions.
• Co-lead projects impacting sourcing teams, supporting from conceptualization to implementation.
• Create presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
• Collaborate with regional sourcing teams to analyze performance and develop action plans.
• Leverage tools like Tableau, Salesforce, Snowflake to automate and improve reporting processes.
• Coordinate with Data Analytics and Project Management teams to meet data and reporting needs.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support.
