RevOps Careers is seeking a Sourcing Enablement Manager to bridge the Sourcing Centre of Excellence with Global and E2E Chains, translating initiatives into practical actions and driving change across regions.

Role Overview

The Sourcing Enablement Manager acts as a link between the Sourcing Centre of Excellence, Global Sourcing Strategy, and the operational realities of Global Chains and E2E Chains. The role ensures strategic initiatives, tools, processes, and Ways of Working are translated into practical, relevant, and actionable approaches.

What You Will Do

Translate and adapt global sourcing initiatives, strategies, and programs for Global Chains and E2E Chains, drive adoption and change management, and support MPRs, MBRs, QBRs, and other business review processes.

• Ability to translate strategic priorities into practical and differentiated business solutions
• Strong business enablement, change management, and adoption management capabilities
• Experience designing and optimizing governance frameworks, operating models, processes, and Ways of Working
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business impact and identify improvement opportunities
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, facilitation, and communication skills across senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Proven project and initiative management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrix environment
• Commercial and sourcing acumen, with understanding of Chains business models and sourcing operations
• Adaptable and agile mindset with the ability to thrive in an international, fast-paced environment
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
• Proven experience in Sourcing, Commercial Enablement, Business Planning, or related functions
• Experience supporting commercial organizations with planning, execution, performance management, and business improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional projects and driving organizational change
• Familiarity with sourcing systems, business tools, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience working across regional and international structures, engaging diverse stakeholders and cultures
• Exposure to commercial planning processes, strategic initiatives, and business transformation programs
