HBX Group is seeking a Sourcing Enablement Manager - Global Partnerships to align global sourcing strategies with operational realities across Global and E2E Chains. You will ensure initiatives, tools, processes, and Ways of Working translate into practical approaches with measurable impact.

The role focuses on driving alignment, execution excellence, and sustainable business results while collaborating with senior leaders across international teams.

Formación

• Experience translating strategy into practical sourcing solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Translate and adapt global sourcing initiatives for Global/E2E Chains.
• Bridge strategy and execution by coordinating stakeholders and pilots.
• Identify gaps and opportunities across Chains and shape practical solutions.
• Drive adoption by tracking progress and overcoming barriers.
• Partner with leadership to improve governance models and roles.
• Support review processes by translating insights into plans.
• Coordinate multiple initiatives with dependencies and timelines.
