Insud Pharma is looking for a VIP Help Desk Support professional to provide high-level technical assistance to our Family Office. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless operation of all personal and home tech systems — with a strong emphasis on Apple devices, home automation, and premium audiovisual solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver Level 2 support to VIP users, offering responsive, discreet, and high-quality service.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Apple devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, etc.).
  • Manage and support home automation systems (e.g., KNX, Control4, Lutron, Crestron).
  • Optimize audio and visual systems for premium in-home experiences (home theaters, projectors, smart screens, Hi-Fi speakers).
  • Contribute to custom technology projects aligned with executive needs.
  • Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Document technical procedures and solutions for future use.
  • Travel internationally as needed to provide on-site support .

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in VIP technical support (Level 2), ideally in executive or high-profile environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of :
  • macOS, iOS, Windows
  • Apple device setup and support
  • Networking : WiFi, LAN, VPN
  • Smart home and automation platforms
  • High-end audio / video systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism in working with VIP users.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Advanced English required.
  • Degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s a plus).
  • Desirable : familiarity with SAP HANA , pharma-specific tools (e.g., Veeva, TrackWise), and strong cybersecurity awareness.
