Position Overview

We are a diverse and growing team of solutions engineers within our Enterprise sales organization, supporting the entire EMEA region. We work with innovative and dynamic customers, helping them solve business problems using our technology.

Our team is evolving, with leaders committed to supporting your growth and development. We have established a new role in the business over the past 4 years and continue to adapt to an agile sales environment. In this role, you'll showcase your industry and workflow expertise by partnering with a diverse range of customers. You will ask questions, demonstrate empathy, communicate effectively, and translate customer problems into solutions that meet their needs and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with professionals across sales and account teams, including account executives, technical solutions executives, strategic industry executives, customer success managers, consulting, and technical account specialists.
• Engage directly with customers, from site operatives to C-suite, through workshops, RFI/RFP responses, pilots, on-site visits, and more.
• Propose improvements to workflows or solutions to customer problems, highlighting the value provided.
• Support strategic engagements within Autodesk to promote and grow relationships.
• Join a team passionate about learning and problem-solving.
• Bring a growth mindset and share your experiences and ideas to contribute to our success.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in modern manufacturing environments, ensuring data continuity from planning to design, construction, and operation.
• Hands-on skills with technologies like Vault, Inventor, Fusion Manage, Flexsim, etc.
• Knowledge of Autodesk solutions and workflows in AEC and MFG industries, especially Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Fluent in English and one of German, Spanish, French, or Swedish; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within EMEA and some global travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the competitive landscape (e.g., PTC, Siemens, Dassault).
• Experience with data analysis tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Interest or experience in sales support functions like presales.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Familiarity with social media to enhance industry profile and customer engagement.
