The opportunity

We’re seeking a Solutions Consultant based in Spain to join our growing Solution Engineering team, supporting Europe with a focus on Spain & Portugal. The Solutions Consultant will work closely with our sales team in a technical capacity to address real-world cybersecurity challenges for prospective customers. You’ll identify and define customer requirements and align our solutions to deliver value and secure technical wins.

Your main responsibilities :

• Maintain expert technical knowledge of Immersive Labs’ Cyber Resilience Platform and competitor technologies.
• Identify and help define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use cases to align with Immersive Labs’ solutions.
• Engage C-level executives, cybersecurity professionals, and business units through detailed solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept management.
• Act as a security advisor during the sales process by developing cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and assessing organizational risk.
• Collaborate with Sales to strategize and execute plans to win new business and upsell existing customers.
• Stay informed of evolving threats, trends, and new technologies by engaging with the cybersecurity community.
• Work with product, content, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer to influence product development.
• Represent Immersive Labs at conferences, security events, and client meetings.

To be successful :

• 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, IT, or cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in IT fundamentals : hardware, software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
• Knowledge of information security concepts, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux OS, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and cloud environments.
• Experience delivering technical presentations to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
