Infront is seeking a Solution Consultant to bridge our customers' business goals with practical technology, joining the Madrid Services team. You will lead discovery workshops, translate needs into scalable designs, configure workflows and onboarding plans, and guide customers from project start to successful go-live.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, IT Operations, Sales and Customer Care to deliver training, enablement and ongoing value.

Formación

• Experience leading discovery workshops and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience configuring software platforms and supporting implementations.
• Ability to deliver customer training and enablement.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and ownership of outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer discovery workshops to understand goals and requirements.
• Translate needs into practical solution designs and implementation plans.
• Configure Infront solutions including workflows, reports and settings.
• Own onboarding and implementation activities for customer success.
• Support scoping, delivery planning and creation of Statements of Work.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure readiness before go-live.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with Product, IT Operations and Sales to incorporate feedback.
• Assist pre-sales through solution design and demonstrations.
