Infront is seeking a Solution Consultant to bridge our customers' business goals with practical technology, joining the Madrid Services team. You will lead discovery workshops, translate needs into scalable designs, configure workflows and onboarding plans, and guide customers from project start to successful go-live.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, IT Operations, Sales and Customer Care to deliver training, enablement and ongoing value.

About the Role

As a Solution Consultant within our Services team, you will be the bridge between our customers' business goals and the solutions that help them achieve them.

From leading discovery workshops to configuring solutions, delivering training and supporting successful go-lives, you will guide customers through every stage of their journey. You will collaborate with experts across Customer Success, Product, IT Operations, Sales and Customer Care to deliver exceptional customer experiences and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery workshops to understand business goals, operating models and implementation requirements.
• Translate customer needs into practical, scalable solution designs and implementation plans.
• Configure Infront solutions including workflows, permissions, reports, dashboards, product settings and reference data.
• Own key onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring customers are set up for success from day one.
• Support project scoping, delivery planning and Statements of Work alongside the wider Services team.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), helping customers validate solutions before go-live.
• Deliver engaging customer training, administrator enablement and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Partner with technical teams on data migration, integrations and environment readiness.
• Create clear implementation documentation, process guides and customer handover materials.
• Assess change requests, support release planning and contribute to smooth service transitions.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide expert second-line support when needed.
• Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey from implementation into business-as-usual.
• Collaborate across Product, Sales and Technology teams to share customer feedback and influence future product improvements.
• Support pre-sales activities through solution design, demonstrations and discovery workshops.

Who you are

• You have experience as a Solution Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst or in a similar customer‑facing delivery role.
• Confident gathering requirements, leading workshops and translating business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Experience configuring software platforms, supporting implementations and delivering customer training and enablement.
• Analytical problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
• You thrive in collaborative, cross‑functional teams and take ownership of delivering successful customer outcomes.
• You are curious, proactive and eager to learn, with a customer‑first mindset and a passion for technology.
• Experience in financial markets, trading workflows, buy‑side/sell‑side environments or FIX protocol is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, XML, JSON, Python, SQL, Windows or Linux is a bonus.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
