Formación

  • 3-5+ años en pre-venta técnica, consultoría o ingeniería de soluciones.

About the Role

We're seeking a Solutions Consultant Enterprise AI to join our pre-sales team. In this role, you'll demonstrate how Maisa's Agentic Process Automation (AI) platform minimizes costs, creates efficiencies, and increases productivity for enterprise clients. Working alongside Sales Representatives, you'll convert business problems into technical solutions, deliver compelling demos, and develop proof-of-value implementations that showcase our Digital Workers in action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and drive deals from lead to close.
  • Create and deliver customized demos and technical deep dives showcasing Maisa Studio capabilities.
  • Design and implement proof-of-value (PoV) projects demonstrating measurable business impact.
  • Lead discovery workshops with prospects to identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
  • Contribute to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical documentation.
  • Work with industry vertical teams to develop sector-specific AI use cases.
  • Provide product feedback from field observations to inform our roadmap.
  • Support technical evaluations and address customer questions throughout the sales cycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or solution engineering at relevant top company.
  • Experience working with Global 2000 enterprises on technology solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with prompting AI beyond asking ChatGPT, practical business application of AI.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Customer requirements gathering and solution design experience.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software implementation and integration.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English a must.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM), or AI solutions.
  • Background in proposal creation, SOW preparation, and project planning.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software evaluation processes (RFPs, security reviews).
  • Experience coordinating with distributed teams on solution delivery.
