Your Mission
We're seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the design and architecture of key product areas, ensuring alignment with company strategies. You will collaborate with product directors, development teams, and other technical stakeholders to define roadmaps, drive technical solutions, and promote continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Be responsible for the architecture of specific functional areas and components, ensuring they are optimal and aligned with the overall architectural strategy.
• Engage with the central architecture team to understand the company's architectural guidelines and strategy.
• Work closely with Product Directors to understand mid- and long-term product strategies and define corresponding architecture roadmaps.
• Coordinate with other technical teams such as DevOps, security, and database teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Identify and define non-functional requirements to ensure they are incorporated into the technical solutions.
• Empower and involve the development team in designing technical solutions, ensuring alignment with requirements and architectural principles.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to break down technical solutions into manageable delivery phases, including scope, phases, and milestones.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to the development team.
• Prioritize and lead initiatives to improve product architecture and meet architectural standards.
• Contribute hands-on by producing high-quality code, evaluating new technologies, or developing proof of concepts (POCs).
