Solutions Shaper (Presales) - French Speaking

Responsibilities
- Aligned or embedded into NSC strategic customers, responsible for defining and delivering complex solution proposals.
- Create and communicate solutions to enable the design and development of integrated solutions that transition seamlessly into delivery, meeting customer needs.
- Lead teams with visionary qualities, coordinating efforts across teams and influencing at the director level.
- Develop and deliver solution commercials and cost models, including margins and forecast projections for internal approval.
- Work closely with delivery teams during proposal creation to ensure solutions align with requirements and capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance during transition and implementation, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Experience and Skills
- Experience in a wide range of technology areas and all solution lifecycle stages, including SOW and cost model creation.
- Experience with IT portfolios including:
- Field Services, Integrated Service Desks, Intelligent Dispatch
- Remote Monitoring and Management, Network Management, Performance Management
- Maintenance Solutions (Labor Only, Depot Services, Full Parts and Labor, Custom Solutions)
- Staff Augmentation, Outsourcing, Resource Solutions as a Service
- Strong communication, consulting, and technical leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of IT and effective relationships with customer's IT management, NSC sales, and transition teams.
- Good understanding of the IT Service Integration and Telco market.
