A leading global technology solutions provider is seeking a Solutions Shaper (Presales) who is French-speaking to define and deliver complex solutions. This full-time role requires strong communication and consulting skills, with a focus on aligning proposals to customer needs and collaborating with delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IT solutions and will drive innovation by staying current with emerging technologies.

Aligned or embedded into NSC strategic customers, responsible for defining and delivering the most complex solution proposals. This involves creating and communicating solutions that enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions for seamless transition into delivery, meeting customer business needs. The role requires visionary leadership and team coordination skills, with credibility at the director level to understand business and commercial issues, influence stakeholders, and contribute key insights. Responsibilities also include developing and delivering solution commercials and cost models, including margin and forecast projections for internal approval.
Throughout the proposal creation process, work closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions and designs align with requirements and NSC capabilities. Provide technical guidance and expertise during transition and implementation, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise during the transition to business as usual.
The candidate should have a keen interest in staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
