We are looking for a Solutions Architect for an international project based in Madrid (hybrid model).

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding Business Needs and Objectives: They work closely with stakeholders to understand the business requirements and objectives, gathering and analyzing information to ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
2. Analyzing Existing Systems and Recommending Improvements: Evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for enhancement, recommending improvements or new solutions to support business transformation.
3. Creating Technical Documentation and Architectural Diagrams: Develop detailed technical documentation and architectural diagrams to provide clear blueprints for implementation.
4. Evaluating and Selecting Suitable Tools and Frameworks: Assess various applications, tools, and frameworks considering scalability, compatibility, and cost-effectiveness.
5. Coordinating with Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and communication throughout the transformation process.
6. Overseeing Implementation and Integration: Supervise the execution and integration of solutions, ensuring they meet planned outcomes.

Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of relevant technologies, including ERP & CRM applications, cloud services, software development, and system integration.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective solutions with critical thinking.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of Architectural Principles: Solid understanding of architectural frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD, automation, and related tools.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business strategy, market analysis, and how technology drives value.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory).
