We are looking for a Solutions Architect for an International Project based in Madrid (hybrid model).

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding Business Needs and Objectives: They work closely with stakeholders to understand the business requirements and objectives. This involves gathering and analyzing information to ensure that the solutions align with the organization's goals.
2. Analyzing Existing Systems and Recommending Improvements: They evaluate the current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. This includes recommending enhancements or new solutions that can better support the business transformation.
3. Creating Technical Documentation and Architectural Diagrams: They develop detailed technical documentation and architectural diagrams to provide a clear blueprint for the implementation of solutions.
4. Evaluating and Selecting Suitable Tools and Frameworks: They assess various applications, tools, and frameworks to determine the best fit for the organization's needs. This involves considering factors such as scalability, compatibility, and cost-effectiveness.
5. Coordinating with Stakeholders: They act as a liaison between the business and IT teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the transformation process.
6. Overseeing the Implementation and Integration of Solutions: They oversee the implementation and integration of the proposed solutions, ensuring that they are executed according to the plan and meet the desired outcomes.

These responsibilities ensure that solution architects effectively support business transformation by aligning technology solutions with business goals and processes and ensuring successful implementation.

Requirements:

1. Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of relevant technologies, platforms, and tools is essential. This includes knowledge of ERP and CRM applications, cloud services, software development, and system integration.
2. Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to analyze complex business problems and design effective technical solutions. This involves critical thinking and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
3. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is vital. This includes the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms and to collaborate with diverse teams.
4. In-depth Knowledge of Architectural Principles and Services: A solid understanding of architectural principles, frameworks, and best practices is crucial.
5. Experience with DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is important for ensuring continuous integration and delivery of solutions. This helps in maintaining the agility and efficiency of the development process.
6. Business Acumen: Understanding the business strategy and objectives to ensure that the technical solutions align with the overall goals of the organization. This involves market analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and the ability to articulate how technological solutions can drive business value.
7. Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory).
