TMC is seeking a Solutions Architect to join product-oriented teams in Madrid. You will design innovative solutions, align business needs with technology, and work with agile methodologies across multidisciplinary teams in a lead technical role.

Fluent English is required to document technical and functional specs for international teams and drive digital transformation projects for major clients. This hybrid Madrid role emphasizes collaboration and growth.

Formación

• Experience defining solutions and architectures for digital products, aligning business needs and technology.
• Knowledge of architecture methodologies (TOGAF) and architectural patterns (monolithic, microservices, event-driven, SOA).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

• Experience defining solutions and architectures for digital products, aligning business needs and technology.
• Knowledge of architecture methodologies (TOGAF), architectural patterns (monolithic, microservices, event-driven, and SOA), object-oriented programming, databases, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with modern development practices such as Continuous Integration (CI) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Ability to lead technical initiatives, drive technological transformation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Communication skills, requirements analysis, priority management, and influence in decision-making.
• Innovative mindset, results-oriented approach, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, to collaborate with international teams and produce technical and functional documentation.
