Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an ITIS Solution Architect in Madrid to own end-to-end ITIS architecture across cloud, workplace, network, data center and security domains. You will define TOM, service catalogs and governance while translating business needs into technical solutions.

Spanish is native; 8–10 years of experience and a permanent contract with a competitive package and onboarding support are expected. The role is based in Madrid with general office hours.

Formación

• 8–10 years of experience in ITIS solution architecture.
• Fluent Spanish (native) and based in Madrid, Spain.
• Lead end-to-end ITIS solution architecture across cloud, workplace, network, data center and security domains.
• Design TOM, service catalog and delivery framework.
• Translate business requirements into technical and commercial solutions; support presales activities.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end ITIS solution architecture including scope, services, transition and operations.
• Act as design authority ensuring alignment across teams and SMEs.
• Maintain solution integrity and governance across RFP/RFI lifecycle.
• Lead multi-tower architecture across cloud, workplace, network, data center and security domains.

• Own end-to-end ITIS solution architecture including scope, services, transition, and operations
• Act as design authority ensuring alignment across teams and subject matter experts
• Maintain solution integrity and governance across RFP/RFI lifecycle
• Define Target Operating Model (TOM), service catalog, and delivery framework
• Design ITIL-based service processes including incident, change, problem, and service request
• Lead multi-tower architecture across cloud, workplace, network, data center, and security domains
• Drive transformation roadmap including automation, consolidation, and cost optimization
• Translate business requirements into technical and commercial solutions and support presales activities
• SD-WAN, SASE, LAN/WAN
• ITSM tools and automation platforms
• Observability and endpoint management tools
• Backup and data center technologies
• Zero Trust security and SOC frameworks
• Identity and access management solutions
