We are currently looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect to join our team and lead the architecture of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) platform within a large multinational environment.
As a Solution Architect, you will act as the bridge between Business and IT, defining the end-to-end architecture of a complex Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem. You will drive architectural decisions across multiple applications, integrations, and stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions.
- Define the end-to-end functional and technical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap assessments to identify standard functionalities, customizations, and integration needs.
- Promote Microsoft best practices, minimizing unnecessary custom developments and ensuring long‑term maintainability.
- Design data migration strategies, master data models, and data governance approaches.
- Define integration architecture using APIs, event‑driven architecture, ETL, messaging, and other enterprise integration patterns.
- Design security models, role‑based access, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Define environment strategy, ALM processes, deployment pipelines, and testing approaches.
- Lead cutover planning and go‑live activities, ensuring a smooth transition into production.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor cross‑functional teams, and collaborate with implementation partners and business stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect in large ERP transformation programs.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Solid background in enterprise architecture, system integrations, and data migration within multinational organizations.
- Good knowledge of ALM, security models, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and enterprise integration patterns.
- Ability to challenge business requirements and make strategic architectural decisions balancing business value, scalability, and long‑term sustainability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Hybrid working model with 1 day per week in the Madrid office. We are also open to considering 1 day every two weeks for the right candidate.
