The impact you will have :

1. Build successful relationships with clients throughout your assigned territory to deliver technical and business value in collaboration with an Account Executive and cross-functional teams.
2. Engage clients with hands-on evaluation and Spark programming, integrating with the broader cloud ecosystem and third-party applications to generate enthusiasm for Databricks.
3. Contribute to the development of the Databricks technical community through workshops, seminars, and meetups.
4. Serve as a Big Data Analytics advisor on architecture and design aspects.
5. Support customers by authoring reference architectures, how-to guides, and demo applications.
6. Grow technically and in presales activities with the goal of becoming an independently operating Solutions Architect.

What we look for :

1. Experience working with clients to craft narratives, answer questions, align agendas with key interests, and achieve tangible outcomes.
2. Ability to independently deliver technical proposals, identify customer pain points, and explain areas of business value to develop trusted advisor skills.
3. Experience in solution architecture and design.
4. Knowledge in a core Big Data Analytics domain, with exposure to advanced proofs of concept and understanding of major public cloud platforms.
5. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

Notes on mandatory requirements :

• The role must be located in the Madrid region or within a commutable distance for a hybrid schedule.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
