Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia como arquitecto de soluciones en el sector bancario.
• Conocimiento profundo de tendencias en banca digital y plataformas en la nube.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar con el CTO para traducir requisitos comerciales en soluciones técnicas.
• Diseñar soluciones para iniciativas de banca digital utilizando las últimas tecnologías.

Mission and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with CTO and different stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative technical solutions that align with the bank's digital strategy.
• Design end-to-end solutions for digital banking initiatives, leveraging the latest technologies and industry best practices.
• Develop and promote architectural standards and principles that drive the bank's digital transformation journey.
• Lead architecture reviews, provide technical expertise, and ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of the solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose strategic solutions to enhance the bank's digital capabilities and customer experiences.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business, cloud infrastructure, security, and GlobalCTO within Santander Group to deliver high-impact solutions that meet business objectives.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture practices within the organization.
• Lead initiatives in innovation projects, adaptation of new technologies, and efficiency processes within the bank.

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced certifications or relevant training in architecture frameworks (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Solutions Architect in the banking, financial services, or fintech sector, with a track record of designing and implementing innovative solutions.
• Deep knowledge of digital banking trends, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, API design, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and collaboration abilities, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering value through technology.
• Experience in big data, security, APIs, and cloud architecture technologies.
• Nice to have: Experience in on-premise banking platforms, mainframe, gateways from payments, and cards would be complementary.
