Descripción del empleo

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Solution Architect to support the Central Label Management Platform, a core component within Pharma Technical Operations. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Pharma and Diagnostics to define business processes, assess current technology landscapes, and implement future-ready solutions aligned with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a strategic consultant for business process design, optimization, and technology enablement across Pharma and Diagnostics domains.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, Configuration Specialists, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Evaluate current state architecture, define future needs, and bridge gaps with innovative solutions.
  • Lead business process engineering and facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to capture non-functional requirements and assess solution fit.
  • Drive solution design through architecture research, PoCs, feasibility studies, and tool evaluations.
  • Develop solution architectures encompassing software, hardware, network, and integration designs.
  • Perform impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies for change initiatives.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architects to align with long-term architectural vision and integration standards.
  • Own and maintain comprehensive Solution Architecture documentation.
  • Shape IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 7–10 years of experience in IT with strong strategic and operational capabilities.
  • In-depth industry knowledge in Pharma, Biotech, or Diagnostics, including regulatory standards such as GxP, Data Privacy, and Computerized System Validation.
  • Hands-on experience with Global Label Management Systems and enterprise-scale solution implementations.
  • Proficiency in various technology domains : networking, systems, databases, security, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and integration.
  • Expertise in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and solution design patterns.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and ability to evaluate and adopt them effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and platform modernization (DevOps / Automation).
  • Strong strategic thinker with a clear vision for technology's role in business transformation.
  • Influential leader with the ability to align executive stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Skilled in driving adoption of new technologies through engagement, education, and influence.
  • Highly results-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
