What you will do in this role

As a Solution Specialist, your responsibilities include:

1. Securing new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through collaboration.
2. Providing technical product overviews and insights tailored to customer needs and scenarios.
3. Enhancing technical knowledge by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
4. Auditing and confirming implementation requirements and pricing details.
5. Demonstrating technical and business solutions to customers via Teams.
6. Serving as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential clients.
7. Conducting group and individual training sessions on relevant topics.
8. Continuously researching and updating knowledge on the latest cloud capabilities and pricing, including Microsoft and competitors.

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are native or proficient in Italian and advanced in English.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree.
• Have 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
• Hold a Minimum Fundamentals certification (required), with L200 certification preferred.
• Have broad knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions.
• Demonstrate understanding of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid solutions (preferred).
• Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning.
• Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions, including migrations and management.
• Proven track record of achieving outstanding performance and goals.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in customer-facing roles.

Additional pluses

• Experience in technical sales or presales environments.
• Background in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
• Master’s degree in related fields.
