Salary: €33,000 - €43,000 gross/year + relocation support + benefits

Are you a Finnish-speaking tech professional with strong communication skills and a passion for cloud technology? We're looking for an experienced Solution Specialist to join a dynamic and innovative team based in sunny Málaga, helping drive the success of small and medium businesses through advanced cloud solutions.

What You'll Do

In this technical sales role, you will be the trusted expert for cloud-based solutions, guiding businesses through digital transformation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Presenting cloud value propositions aligned with customers' business goals
  • Advising clients on pricing models, deployment options, and implementation planning
  • Acting as a key technical contact and delivering live product demos over Teams
  • Driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives alongside Sales and Partner Managers
  • Conducting training sessions and staying ahead of cloud technology trends
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with technical knowledge and customer insights
Your Profile

You’re a great match if you:

  • Are native or fluent in Finnish, and fluent in English
  • Have 3+ years of experience in technology sales, presales, or business development
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree (ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field)
  • Possess Microsoft Fundamentals certification (required), L200 preferred
  • Understand technical architectures, cloud adoption, identity/security, and hybrid solutions
  • Are a great communicator with a customer-first mindset and proven results in tech sales

Nice to have:

  • Masters degree in STEM fields
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or other cloud platforms
  • Training or mentoring experience in a technical environment
