As a Solution Sales Development Representative (Solution SDR), your primary focus will be on generating new leads through cold calling and outreach in the Italian market. You will engage potential clients, identify their needs, and introduce Eye-Able’s solutions to address their business challenges. Your goal is to build a strong sales pipeline while working closely with the team to ensure seamless deal closure with full support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Cold Calling:
Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media. Your main goal will be to continuously build and fill the sales pipeline with qualified prospects. Engage with potential clients via calls and emails, identifying needs and setting up meetings for deeper discussions. - Value-Based Selling:
Utilize knowledge of solutions and products of SoftwareOne's partner Eye-Able to effectively position and articulate the value proposition to potential clients. Highlight key features and benefits that align with client requirements and demonstrate how solutions and products of SoftwareOne's partner Eye-Able can solve their challenges and drive business growth. - Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Implement a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation, leveraging various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, and industry partnerships. Continuously identify and qualify new leads to build a robust pipeline of opportunities. - Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Establish trust and credibility by demonstrating expertise, reliability, and a commitment to delivering value. - Pipeline Management:
Take ownership of the entire sales process—from cold calling to the early stages of the sales funnel, ensuring a steady flow of leads. Use CRM tools to track and manage leads effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and higher conversion rate. - Sales Process Ownership:
While your main responsibility is generating leads and setting meetings, you will receive full support in deal closure. Collaborate with the internal team for seamless transitions and successful deal closure. - Performance Metrics:
Focus on hitting lead generation and activity targets. Regularly track and review progress to ensure you’re meeting and exceeding expectations. Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and performance metrics to measure progress and track success. - Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
Work closely with your sales colleagues and benefit from a collaborative environment that helps you improve performance. Constantly develop your knowledge on emerging industry trends and Eye-Able’s latest offerings to better serve prospects.
What we need to see from you- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally in B2B sales, with a passion for cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong sales attitude with genuine interest in IT and digital solutions.
- Experience with strategic prospecting and cold calling, effectively building rapport and generating qualified leads.
- Ability to maintain a pipeline of potential clients while managing ongoing sales activities.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
- Proactive in staying updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in account management and customer success.
