Appian’s Solution Engineering team is growing. This role requires comfort in both business processes and customer service. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning and thrives at creating and executing business processes that enhance customer experience.

About you:

You are a people-person with a passion for customer experience.

You build collaborative relationships across functions and with many people.

You are vocal and solution-oriented when identifying processes that do not align with great customer experience.

You have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and technical aptitude.

You have an associate or bachelor’s degree (STEM is a plus). You are a fast learner who can work independently.

You are a multi-tasker who can juggle and prioritize a wide variety of tasks.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
