Formación

• 5+ years of experience in presales or related technical roles.

BMC Software Value and Solution Engineering (VSE) professionals are highly consultative, technical, and business experts that deliver clear vision and strategies to help customers achieve their desired business outcomes and value. The VSE team partners closely with Sales and customers to capture requirements and articulate how BMC’s unique capabilities can best serve customer needs. This highly visible team works with our most successful sales teams to support prestigious companies worldwide.

Join us as a Solution Engineer on our Digital Business Automation Presales team! As a Solution Engineer, you will work directly with Sales and Presales organizations to create strategies, timelines, and deliverables that align customer initiatives with BMC's solutions. Your contributions include:

1. Partnering with sales teams to interpret complex customer needs and develop innovative solutions delivering both business and technical value.
2. Simplifying communication of technical and business content to diverse audiences.
3. Documenting current customer states, supporting business case creation, and building deliverables for sales during the sales cycle.
4. Delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts based on customer goals.
5. Challenging yourself and innovating in solving everyday problems.
6. Participating in global projects, learning opportunities, and problem-solving initiatives.

To be successful, you should bring:

1. Alignment with BMC values daily.
2. 5+ years of experience in presales or related technical roles.
3. Ability to understand client technical architecture and emerging technologies.
4. Subject matter expertise in Workload Automation/Orchestration solutions.
5. Strong skills in creating and delivering demonstrations.
6. Fluency in German.

Nice to have skills include:

• Knowledge of BMC Software products.
