A leading technology company is seeking a Solutions Engineer based in Sevilla, Spain. In this role, you will provide pre-sales support for network visibility and security solutions while developing relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of customer-facing experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong technical knowledge of security and networking products. This role offers the opportunity to work across Europe with a proactive and motivated team.

Customers worldwide rely on NAS solutions to verify their designs, optimize performance, and ensure network protection to make their applications stronger.ResponsibilitiesAs a Solutions Engineer, you will provide pre-sales support for Keysight’s Network Visibility, Network Test, and Security Solutions represented via the NAS Solution Group. Additionally, you will develop professional relationships with key customers, support and manage sales representatives and distribution partners engaged with key customers within the region. Your duties include :

  • Assist the sales team in executing sales strategies through pre-sales supportContribute actively to achieving sales goalsConduct regular customer visits and discovery across the EMEA regionPrepare test or visibility equipment / solutions prior to on-site demonstration, evaluation, and POCsDeliver on-site demonstrations, evaluations, and POCs, occasionally assisting Professional ServicesAct as a Trusted Advisor for customers and produce Test Plans for enabling Security InfrastructurePerform product demonstrations and evaluations to highlight key benefits matching customer needsRespond to sales inquiries concerning system hardware / software and applications, leading to defining a BoM for quotationsParticipate in formal product presentations to customersTake technical lead for customer bidsAnswer complex RFI’s, RFQ’s, etc.Maintain relationships with product marketing teams (feature requests, use cases, applications)Introduce new technologies to customers, channel partners, or technology partnersPerform other pre-sales duties as requested by the Sales TeamQualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Telecom, Computer Science, or similar)5+ years of customer-facing experienceTechnical competence in areas such as IP, Security, L4-7 Applications, Virtualization, CloudIn-depth knowledge of competitive products like Gigamon, NetScout, Arista, Viavi, cPacket, or similarExperience with Keysight Partners’ solutions such as Darktrace, Vectra, Riverbed, Extrahop, FireEye, etc.Excellent initiative and ability to align strategic and tactical goalsStrong customer-facing skills;
