Formación

• University degree in a relevant technical field.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Interest in configuring engineering solutions and problem solving.
• Basic CAD knowledge with AutoCAD or similar.
• Strong teamwork in international environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of technical elevator solutions based on customer and project requirements.
• Prepare layout drawings, technical configurations and pre-engineering packages.
• Support technical feasibility checks and identify deviations or constraints.
• Coordinate project information with international teams, internal stakeholders, factories and suppliers.
• Monitor technical progress and escalate complex engineering issues when needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and quality requirements.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of engineering processes.

About Us

We are a leading company in the elevator and vertical transportation industry, delivering innovative solutions across the world. We are looking for a motivated Solution Engineer to join our European Application Engineering team.

Key responsibilities include:

• As a Solution Engineer, you will support the development of technical elevator solutions based on customer and project requirements. Working together with experienced Engineers and international teams, you will develop your knowledge of elevator products, applications and engineering processes while progressively taking ownership of projects.
• Support the development of technical solutions for projects.
• Prepare layout drawings, technical configurations and pre-engineering packages.
• Support technical feasibility checks and identify deviations or constraints.
• Coordinate project information with international teams, internal stakeholders, factories and suppliers.
• Monitor technical project progress and support the resolution of engineering issues, escalating complex cases when required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations and quality requirements.
• Contribute to lessons learned activities, standardization and continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices.

Mobility needs you

Experience:

• Graduate or up to approximately 2–3 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with international and cross-functional teams is an advantage.

Education:

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or another relevant technical field.

Technical Skills:

• Basic ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Interest in technical configuration and engineering problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of CAD tools such as AutoCAD or similar.
• Good general understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Interest in developing knowledge of elevator products, engineering standards and project execution.

Skills and Languages:

• Professional working proficiency in English.
