Schindler Group in Zaragoza, Spain, is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to translate customer needs into technically feasible elevator solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and project teams across Europe, leading development of complex, cost-effective configurations.

The role emphasizes international teamwork, design review, and adherence to standards, with a clear path toward technical leadership and expert-level contributions within the Europe Application Engineering Hub.

Formación

Professional working proficiency in English.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional, international teams.

Responsabilidades

Translate customer and project requirements into technically feasible, cost-effective product solutions.
Act as a key technical interface between Sales, Supply Chain, and project execution.
Lead the development of technical solutions for elevator projects, including complex applications.
Prepare and review layout drawings, configurations and pre-engineering packages.
Assess feasibility, risks and deviations, considering cost, manufacturability, and maintainability.
Coordinate requirements with international teams, factories and suppliers.
Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements.
